How does it work?

Procedures in place
Absenteeism procedures and working agreements provide a clear understanding to all parties about what are the absentees’ rights and responsabilities, who will evaluate the claim for absenteeism and who can enforce by applying sanctions if an employee does not comply with company procedures.
Advice for employer and employee
Management of the company will be provided by Medwork with an evalaution of an absenteeism claim. Medwork will not disclose any personal, medical information, as this is private matter between doctor and client. Medwork will however report on an employees’ ability to perform his or her duties. At the workplace it remains the responsability of the department of human resources to enforce the outcome of an evaluation given by one of Medwork’s company doctors.The employees are offered a consult with a specialized Occupational Health Physician during which they can express themselves in a professional and confidential setting.
