Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RIE)

What are your health and safety risks?

Having a Medwork expert perform a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RIE) is an excellent way to determine what health and safety risks your company and its’ employees are facing.

What is a Risk Inventory & Evaluation?

A Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RIE) is of great importance when creating and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. A RIE will demonstrate in an extensive, detailed and clear manner what the healthrisks in a workplace are. By carefully designing a Plan of Approach, ways are found to create solutions to these risks, both on a short as well as on a long term.

It will take the expertise of a registrered Occupational Health Expert to plan and execute such an analysis for your company. The outcome of a RIE will be translated into helpful advice for improvement - for example; setting up an emergency plan or providing your staff with personal protective wear.

A RIE is also an important intrument for reducing the percentage of sickleave within your company. A RIE will show you which health and safety risks your company is facing and will offer suggestions for measures to be taken for your company’s Occupational Health policies.

What can Medwork do for you?

Our experienced Occupational Health Expert will:

  • Set up a Risk Inventory & Evaluation, tailor-made to your company’s nature and needs
  • Will coordinate and fine-tune the execution of the RIE with your staff
  • Will provide you with practical managerial advice and monitoring of its’ effectiveness

As a certified Occupational Health service Medwork will review your RIE with a team of core-experts in this field. This review will include:

  • Interviews with management, department of human resources, facility services and council or board members
  • A thorough evaluation of the workplace
  • A report on health and safety risks and the consquences these might have

We will provide you with a plan of approach that can be implemented right away and will help you reduce your risks and sickleave expenditure.
